as i was closing the sunroof, a tiny plastic bit fell onto my lap. :confused:

one inch long, with "felt" material on one side, and broken plastic on the other side. i will need some time to investigate, and will post photo of the item later.

There are two flexible plastic bumpers under the pop up windscreen in front, I have had one of them stick to the windscreen and come off the post when using the windscreen. They look like their purpose is to prevent a possible rattle when the windscreen is down. Could it be one of those?

I think your gift from the sky is the sunblind forward bumper stop, they appear to clip into the channel that has the spirral drive cable in it, it should just snap back in?? They dont seem to be firmly fixed in as mine are loose to the touch. There is one on each side so a quick visual check of side to side should reveal if this is the offending missing part.

Sounds about right to me...
