I have problem whith my ipod. I connectio my ipod but the music not sound...and the ipod not show the logo VW....

where the connector iPod???
I dismounted the Nav system, but I do not see it....

you can send any photo or any manual to me? would be very grateful

Is your connector not in the glovebox at the passenger side?
Or is it in the centre arm rest?
If the arm rest try removing it gently, and replacing so that the electical connections are made. Its normally not a problem.

Mi connetor it is in the centre arm rest, but where it connects the other end of the connector?in the nav-system??

I think that the end for connector has been disconnected ...is possible??

It is indeed possible. If you are sure that may be the issue, then you should take it back to the dealer for them to fix under warranty.

estebitistis, I had the same problem and took the car back to the dealer, still under warrenty, it was a faulty unit. They replaced the iPod unit and it is ok now. Good Luck. And your English is very good !
