Can't answer the question on owners in Notts/Derby but there is a meet happening at Chatsworth House this Sunday (22nd) from 11.30am if you're interested. I'm hoping that some local Eos' and their owners will come down to join us.

Hi genusloci, where abouts are you then? I am in Notts, Near Newark. I saw a Blue EOS at weekend, think it was on the A46, noticed it cause its the first blue one I've seen - perhaps it was you? Mine is silver and there is another one in our village in black. We should both be at the meet on Sunday at Chatsworth. Hope to see you there, south car park. As Sue says, the more that turn up the better.

Was this shining gold, or more sort of sand-gold colour (from the standard VW palette)?... just checking, as a former neighbour of mine had had his Lamborghini Countach custom painted to be shining gold... about 20 years ago... Would be funny to see people getting so crazy about their baby EOS that they'd haev it gold painted...

I bet that was me ... i pick my kids up from Newark every friday ...and drop them off every sunday about 6! i drive A617 to Newark and then up the A46 to lord Ted ...and into the back of newark that way.!

would love to see some other Eos drivers on sunday ! Chatsworth. whats the plan ?...i think itsgoing to rain :mad:

Probably was you we saw then, we went to Clumber to give the dog a good run and go via the A617 ! Lord Ted just up the road from us.
Plan for Sunday (IT WILL NOT RAIN!!) South car park about 11.30 -12. Bring a picnic if good weather or if not we can eat in the garden centre restaurant (assuming its still open, if not there is a pub just outside the park.) It's the first East Midlands meet so apart from walking round kicking each other's tyres and discussing our various car colours, it will just be good to see a few of our cars all lined up together! Like your optimism Gary - IT WILL NOT RAIN! Heres hoping eh? I will have my family with me so a picnic will be better for us. Still, like you say, it will be nice to see so many Eos in one place and put faces to names.

Ha ha. Me too during school hours. Roof down, windows down, shades on, cool. 3 o clock comes round far too soon though!

saw a Sliver Eos A46 today near Lord ted in newark.. i flashed and waved .. the driver seamed pleased and waved back ... i think it may have been Skidoo:D its there neck of the woods !
