I will understand this soon
To post reasonable size photos which do not extend beyond most computer screen boundaries; I have found the best image size is 640 pixels wide maximum. The image size in your original post was 100 pixels wide x 67 pixels high
This requires resizing of most digital camera images using either the software that came with the camera or an on-line service such as Photobucket.
The following samples show how these sizes appear in a post:
320 x 240 pixels [11.3 x 8.5cm, 4.4 x 3.3in]

420 x 315 pixels [14.8 x 11.1cm, 5.8 x 4.4in]

640 x 480 pixels [22.6 x 16.9cm, 8.9 x 6.7in]

Trust this helps for the future - I tried resizing your original images as examples however the distortion meant they were useless :) .
