Greetings to all, especially fellow folks from Georgia!
I've been an Eos owner since September, 2006-- I absolutely love it!!
All the cars I've had were named after characters from "The Lord of the Rings."
- Aragorn: 1984 Dodge Daytona, Garnet Red, owned 4 years
- Gandalf: 1988 Nissan 300ZX, Ruby Red, owned 12 years (great car!!)
- Frodo: 2000 VW Beetle Turbo, Black, leased 2 years
- Samwise: 2004 VW Beetle, Black, leased 2 years
- Bilbo: 2006 VW Beetle Convertible, RED, loaner while awaiting delivery of--
- LEGOLAS, 2007 VW Eos, Crimson, leasing now, but who knows?!!? :)
Of course, the actual color is Paprika Red, but I usually describe it as Crimson in honor of my college alma mater (which is not located in Tuscaloosa.)
I've been lurking around the threads for a few weeks and finally decided to join. I've already learned a lot from the advice and insights y'all has posted, especially all the neighbors from across the Pond.
I'll post images of Legolas as soon as I figure out how to do it on this forum. I hope to see y'all fellow Eos owners in metro Atlanta soon too.
Again, greetings!!
