Is there anybody else waiting for an April delivery in the UK?
I am really fed up with my dealer they are not at all helpful. Is it true they cannot give me a delivery date? Its still waiting for a boat, thats 2 weeks waiting so far.
Hope someone can let me know and can the dealer actually find out when my car should be arriving?

hi lisa..my eos was due end of march...got a call saying ..its now 2nd week in april..then last week another call..oh its around about the end of april now..im going in over the weekend to try and find out exactly when it will arrive and why its late..if i get any answers i'll let you know..hope its not gonna be too much longer tho..it has been posted that there's a backlog tho n a few people have cancelled cars like lynne..dont want to cancel mine but want it sooner rather than later..anyway good luck in getting yours as soon as possible..cheers mark...

Sorry I can't help you with your problem with unknown delivery dates but I do sympathise with you, seeing the sun come out, a convertible on order but no definite delivery date.

Is it a problem with the different combinations of trim and accessories that's causing these major delays I wonder?

well, those who've followed any posts of mine will know I've had one Eos last July with many problems, I am still waiting for my replacement Eos which was built week 1 of March. My dealer can't give any dates, they blame the system for not being updated, the port for being on strike, snow for delays - all I can say is this car really is worth the wait - and although there have been a few 'top less' days, its still a bit nippy!

Dealer should be able to track your car on the computerised system. Mine was able to tell me exactly when it was built, when it arrived, where it was on the motorway almost! all they need to do is put a bit of effort in.

All I can say is it's worth the wait!

Its driving me mad! My dealer explained there had been a back log but it had now cleared, he is totally useless and unhelpful. Hope urs comes soon too.

Yes I know its deff worth the wait, but the weather is so lovely especially this weekend, ITS NOT FAIR !!!!!!!!!!

hey lisa...ive just had another call from my dealer yesterday(thurs) saying it could be here in 2 weeks so maybe things are starting to move now..:) ..but im off now ..its sunny and no eos..:( ..well we will have to console ourselves with the fact that when we get ours in a couple of weeks or so it will be even warmer and sunnier..:cool: cheers mark...

Mark, Thanks for that info, I will ring my dealers tomorrow, think I will just stalk them and drive them mad! I feel really frustrated as u probably do!
Plus I'm scared incase it gets dented or scratched by someone!
I always park near to everything, like shop entrances etc.. now I will be furthest away with cotton wool around my Eos !!! IF it ever gets here!!!!!!

Another tip ,don't park near beat up old cars either wherever they are in the car park!

yeh i always park away from other cars or in 2 bays but someone in an old banger or a works van always seems to park 6 inches off my door..lol:rolleyes:

You can ask Turbo Paul if he can find your order in the system. If you read prior messages and his responses, you'll see he's quite successful
