my eos went into the garage for vw to look at why water is being held on the door sills they returned it saying they had modified the seals but the day after it was still the same so i took it back they have now given me a courtesy car ( 1.4 80bhp golf which does 0-60 in about 3 weeks!)they have been in contact and said that they had replaced the seals twice but the same problem was occuring so they have been in touch with vw uk to ask their advice! it apparently is in the hands of a master eos technician now so who knows when i will see it again i went in yesterday to collect an item from my boot and it was heartbreaking to see my car stripped down while they worked on it:eek:

It will be as good as new when you get it back. It's best to get these things sorted in the wet winter months when you aren't likely to lower the roof.

I lost mine for 3 weeks early this year, but it was worthwhile getting it sorted, especialy before the warranty ran out ;)

what did they do to yours? i agree better to get it sorted now as this job would be expensive if it was out of warranty

On the assumption the 'master techo' actually is such, then you will be well pleased with it when its done and as nail says, better to get it done now, ready for the next blazing summer we have !!!
