my private number plate must go soon h7 eos i have my own number on retention which needs to go back on my car soon so if somebody wants a cheap eos plate make me an offer anything considered

Miggylufc, can you detail the costs of having a private plate please? Obviously there's the purchase price and the £80 DVLA transfer fee, but what about the retention of the old number, do you need to do that and how much does it cost? Thanks.

hi latebar you are correct the purchase price plus the £80 transfer fee if you want to put another plate on retention it is £105 i believe my other plate is on retention until september so i am looking to sell my eos plate now ish it has been valued at £2250 but i am not interested in that kind of money i would rather let an eos owner have it cheap hope this helps
