First let me say I LOVE MY EOS. Black with cornsilk interior, luxury package, upgraded wheels and stereo system. I get looks every where I go whether the top is up or down from men and women of all ages.
I took delivery last October and my saleman told me they were limited production and were sold before they came off the trailor. I WANT them to stay limited as I'm sure all you other EOS owners do....BUT.....it seems all of a sudden the dealers have a supply - an acquaintance of mine went out Sunday to look at them and came home with one -- in the color she wanted - WHITE, which is supposedly so hard to get. Also, I'm wondering, are they now selling below sticker since they are not so hard to get anymore???

The only limits manufacturers put on the production of cars is the number they can sell... and then they get that wrong most of the time and make many more than they can sell hence the huge discounts..
I've heard it so many times from Dealers when cars are new and in short supply that production will be limited. Wishful thinking and a ploy to get you to pay full price!
If Eoses sell well (as they seem to be doing) VW will ramp up production. The factory does of course have a limit to the number of cars it can churn out and that is what will limit the production!

This is very true. I went to a Saturn dealer when the Sky was coming out and they were telling me this BS about it being limited. I wanted to say, "You are seriously confused a Ferrari is limited not a Saturn."
Anything with over 20,000/year is NOT limited. Limited to me is 5,000 or less in a model year, 20,000 less in total run.

My funds, right now, are very limited!
