I just found this site and love it. I bought my Eos 2 months ago and love it! 2010 Komfort Reflex Silver titan black interior. I read a post about a hubby not getting to drive his wifes. I am nicer than that, mine has gotten to drive it once....lol

I still haven't driven my partner's car after 20 months of ownership .

What was the secret of your husband's success in getting a drive? It might work for me but I doubt if I will ever get her out of the driver's seat as she loves her car and pampers it continuously.

I pamper mine too. Weekly washings, etc. I think the difference is he bought it for me so I had to let him drive it to work to show off to his co-workers...But I got to drive his 2008 Jeep Sahara that I bought for him. It all works out..:D

I must add that I traded in my 2000 vw Cabrio to get his Jeep

Congrats, Gretchen! I bought my 2009 Reflex Silver Komfort in April and am happy to report that I've not had to share her with anyone yet. Being single has it's advantages, I guess : ). I love the look of the silver and black together. This summer has been great for going topless...now I just have to remember to have a towel handy for the hot seat!
Enjoy! Elizabeth

Yes, my wife and I have been "Sizzle Butts" many times this summer in my Reflex Silver with BLACK interior.

As soon as the cash appears, I am going to get Charcoal colored, sheep skin covers for the front seats.

A friend of mine has these in her VW Cabriolet and they are really comfortable.

They are also very expensive at nearly $600 for a pair.

You might like to get some prices from the land of lambswool seat covers as our prices for original skin covers are nowhere near your price [around AUD300 = USD270 + freight] - just be careful that you are getting original tanned hides and not composite artificial hides made by gluing wool to a backing medium.

Have a look at the following links for an indication of what is available - usual disclaimers apply as I have not dealt with any of these suppliers:

http://www.jumbucksheepskins.com/family-business.htm

http://www.vipseatcovers.com.au/car-sheepskin.htm

If you order from Australia, get the supplier to include some "wool wash" laundry detergent for washing the covers from time to time - just follow the cover suppliers cleaning procedure and you will get many years of use. You can use the same leather dressing for your car leather upholstery on the hide backing to keep it soft and supple after repeated washing.

Lambskin covers are exactly what you need in Arizona as your climate is similar to ours - just be aware there are certain low-life creatures in this world who will attempt to steal them given the opportunity.

Thanks very much for the information.

Yes, unfortunately there are low lifes that will steal anything if it isn't welded in place. And even then, if they can't steal it, they will destroy it.

I never leave my vehicles unattended with the top down or the windows down.
