Hello, I just lowered my wife's 09 EOS today with H&R springs and the top assembly now creeks when in the up position. The car only has 4000 miles on it so I don't understand why this all of a sudden happened. H&R says not to cut the bump stops but it looks as if the rear of the car might be resting on them which I feel might be causing this. Any ideas? The car rides great except for the creeking.

I just received some info on this topic from somebody on the vwvortex site. It looks as if I just need to lube the seals which I guess is a common thing with EOS. If I would have completely read my owners manual I would have seen this.
