do any of you find your indicators stay on not switching off automatically after you have turned so you end up driving down a straight road with indicator flashing and people thinking you are wanting to turn. also i cant get used to them being silent im used to hearing the tick tick tick

Mine cancel ok if I do a normal left or right turn. But I have to check when doing a partial turn, like at a roundabout. But I don't like that there is no tick to warn they are on.
Today I overtook an RV on an narrow road & only realised after 400m that they were still flashing.
Anyone know if there is a setting to make them sound?

Can't help you with the "ticker", but when passing; if you just lightly tap the turn indicators, they will turn themselves off after 3 seconds. Takes a little while to get used to this, but once you get accustomed, it is a handy feature.

Thanks for that Fred. I'll try to remember.

Tez,

I just checked mine and they do tick but quitely. I found it OK with the radio on but playing tunes loud you can easily miss it. I doubt very much if you could hear it if the roof was down.
(I also find it difficult not to notice the signal on the dash especially if you are in town and constanty looking at the speedo).

They are programmed to flash 3 times if you just tap them.

Yes your right Gogg. Mine do click. When the tops down & stereo on you can't hear the click.
Agree around town not a prob as you're watching the speedo more. Open road is a different thing. But tapping the stalk works well.
