Does anyone know of a way to get individual tire pressures to display on the dash of the U.S.-spec Eos (from the TPMS)? Maybe there is a setting that can be done via VAG-COM to enable this? I'm really miffed that this silly TPMS adds ~$100 to the price of our cars but doesn't give us detailed information by default (i.e. "what tire should I be concerned about? What pressure is it at?!"). Thanks!

I know there are two different types of tyre pressure systems fitted to the EOS, not sure which the TPMS is but what I have does not involve any sensors in the wheels at all, it just monitors the rotational speed of the wheels in relation to each other using the ABS sensors. So if your is like that you can't get individual pressure readings because nothing is actually sensing pressure.

As for the Eos, no.
My 2007 Chrysler Sebring convertible showed each tire pressure individually, but the Eos definitely does not.
Probably some of the other luxury vehicles do also.
I really miss that feature on the Eos. When the dash is showing low tire pressure, one has to check every tire to figure out what tire is at fault, unless it is extremely obvious.:)

CHECK AIR PRESSURE ON TIRES AT LEAST EVERY 8 WEEKS. The VW Eos TPMS is nice for safety but will let your tires get below recommended pressure by quite a bit before the light comes on. Your tire wear will be much higher than need be if your tires are low but not yet at the TPMS warning point. I have also found that the space saver spare can go much below 60 PSI yet the light does not come on, check it at least every 4 months.

The pre 2011 USA Eos has the Direct TPMS system seen with Address [65] - Tire Pressure Monitoring control module on a VAG-COM, the same year Rabbit, Passat and Jettas use the same system.
The Comfort System control module antenna is used to receive the signals from 4 wheel mounted TPMS sensors. The module is not trainable as to which sensor goes with which wheel, which is why the TPMS low pressure alert does not tell which wheel position is low or if the spare tire is low. One can see pressure readings from all 5 wheel positions with a VAG-COM and one can figure out which sensor ID is in which position from VAG-COM measurement block readings by driving with one tire low at a time, but there is no hidden code we can turn on to display it on the MFD, at least in US models.
The TPMS senders wake up and report the measured pressure often on a sudden pressure drop, and much less often under normal pressure conditions. The battery in the wheel transmitter is not replaceable and is supposed to last at least 7 years.
From experience, it can take a few minutes of driving after adding air to a low tire before the TPMS light goes out, give it at least an hour to go out before becoming concerned. Be sure to check all 4 tires and the spare tire generally if one is low several others will be too, unless you have had tire or wheel damage.
The 2011 Eos may have switched to the Indirect TPMS system. Those vehicles use the ABS Brake Electronics (MK60EC1) system and Address [65] - Tire Pressure Monitoring is NOT used. If so, the vehicle is equipped with a tire pressure warning reset button, the Owner's manual and Labels on the chassis will include vehicle specific instructions for the learning drive and reset.

Thank you for the info. Do you know if the warning setpoints can be changed with the VAG-COM? For example if the warning is set at 30psi can I adjust that to 32psi?

Yes the warning point on the pre-2011 TPMS Eos system can be changed with a VAG-COM according to the Ross-Tech VAG-COM Wiki page.
