I will be the proud owner a proud of a new EOS TDI DSG , fully kitted in the new year.

Just wondering if any one has had a remap done and wether it is worth the effort... does it really work and can you feel the difference?

Also I live in the Midlands UK. Can anyone recommend any one who can do the job?

Also If I have a remap done will it be overwritten when the car goes in for a service? If so, does it need to be done again?

Don't have one, but have read alot about Bluefin. They are one of many options out there. Bluefin handset stores your original chip program and also the new program. You can change between programs when it suits. I would imagine you would only need to reflash if dealer updates original program.

My car comes with the steering wheel with phone button.
I have the dvd with ipod option.
Has volks UK a bluetooth module which can use this?

I know that the the Australian Volks has released an OEM bluetooth option which will fit all their cars including the EOS

You can also try one of these - no need to remap and you can easily remove it
