: 4 Eos in one day - is this a record!
davidp 09-29-2007, 06:39 PM I seem go for weeks without seeing another Eos then today in Wirral I saw a black one in the morning, I waved but he didn't see me. Saw another Black one later that day driven by a blond lady. In the afternoon went into Cheshire for a meal and saw another black one on the way and a silver one on the way back! Like me they were all top up as it wasn't that warm.
Black seems to be the 'in' colour for Eos.

SiJ2000 09-29-2007, 06:43 PM I almost crashed mine at the bottom of the M1 a few weeks ago cos I was in the middle lane and I looked right and there was an EOS, then looked left and also an EOS! Couldn't believe it, although one of them didn't even give a wave! The other one was waving away!!
(the nearly crash thing was a demonstration of the shock of the situation, I was in no danger at any point in time! lol)
Gavster 09-29-2007, 06:46 PM Anytime I have caught site of another EOS, it's driver has always waved or flashed. I think we should make it a mandatory part of club membership.
SiJ2000 09-29-2007, 06:47 PM I Agree!!!!

Wow an Eos sandwich, what are the odds of that!

PS: Oops I just realised I put this thread in the 'tech' section by mistake. There's too many categories on this Forum. Does anyone know who the moderator is?
SiJ2000 09-30-2007, 08:15 AM Don't worry.. It's nice to have a tech thread every now and again which wasn't started by me!! ;)
crabfat 10-01-2007, 08:28 PM Hi
I drive from Oxford to MIlton Keynes daily and see the same two Eos's( What does one call a collection of EOS)??
One silver and one black. Mine is Leonie Blue. ( NB 56 EOS ). It is actually a 07 plate with my initials and DOB. How about a wave next time!!
Noel
lanmarc 10-01-2007, 11:12 PM How about:
an expanse
a drove
a mass
an assembly
a party (or an EOS party)
a collection
a cluster
a swarm
or with one either side of you flying down the highway:
a formation!
nail-z-gull 10-02-2007, 10:11 AM I saw 3 Silver Essence with Chicago's, just like mine in the space of about an hour yesterday. All within a mile of where I live.
I have mixed emotions. It's nice that there are like-minded EOS owners near me, but I've been enjoying the exclusivity of the car since I had it.
 - :D - :o -
bugger 10-02-2007, 05:25 PM What about a gaggle of eos? or an eclipse of eos's?
nail-z-gull 10-02-2007, 06:54 PM The EOS being named after a Godess it has to be a 'pantheon' of EOS.
SKIDOO 10-06-2007, 05:06 PM Surley more than one EOS would be EOI ! or EOSI !
davidp 10-06-2007, 05:25 PM The EOS being named after a Goddess it has to be a 'pantheon' of EOS.
I think that wins as its technically correct. In reality though you would feel a bit of a nerd using that phrase. I prefer to use Eos as plural and singular as in sheep.
David
PS I quite like sheep
Your PS begs the question, How much do you really like sheep? LOL
bugger 10-07-2007, 02:42 PM  thats not right!!!!:p

Purely platonic I assure you, bah!
GurnyGub 10-07-2007, 10:10 PM I quite like sleep too.
Plurals, hmm, a breeze, a 'hood, a squeak (sorry). The plural is Eoi in Greek, but as lots of us speak English let your mind run free. Signomi.
