Default Updated Sat Nav Disc

Hello everyone

I have been reading the forums for a while now so thought it was time to sign up and join in.

Iíve had my Eos for a couple of year and have enjoyed every minute.
Still donít see many on the road in this part of Kent (Romney Marsh)

While at the dealers recently I enquired about a new sat nav disc.
Was there a more recent version than the V4 I got when the car was new.

The very helpful staff said, yes there was one available.

Lucky for me I was sitting down because the price I was quoted for the updated disc was £200
Now that sound like a great deal of cash for a CD

Any ideas on now I can obtain the newest version of the VW sat nav disc at a more reasonable cost.

Thanks for all the great postsÖÖ.Spud

Hi

Sorry can't help with your info on a newer sat nav disc than the V4, but if anyone on this forum would be interested in a FREE Version 3 disc (Europe West ) just let me know. Its of no use to me and it will otherwise just get thrown away..............

I have just downloaded and installed version 5 via isohunt.com all seems well and although i'm not quite sure if new roads are there, the system works and the download was sound.
