    Hi all Just in shock at beeing told I need a new headlight assembly at the cost of £580 due to a melted bulb fitting. Extended Warranty (67,000 miles) will not cover this as they say it is a bulb fault! Anyone else had this experience? Any suggestions on getting replacement - the unit is £480...
