By and large most of the leaking issues are pretty much a minor issue in that fewer owners are reporting leak issues. Minor drips are easily fixed. Some of the major leak problems have resulted in car replacement. I have had my Eos almost 2 years and have yet to see any water inside mine. As for the paint scrape problem you mentioned, I have not seen or heard about that one. I do have my dealer currently looking at scrape marks on the rubber strip on the bottom of the rear window about 6 inches in from the end of the strip.

Once you try the Eos you won't want anything else. As for the problems you heard about these are only in a very small minority. Try it and I'm sure you'll buy it.

I did have a boot leak but after it went to VW to be sorted its been brilliant. I dont even get the water sitting in the sills anymore. Get an Eos, its fantastic!

Mine has never leaked... Except sometimes with a pressure washer, but that is to be expected... Even gail force heavy rain has never entered my car...

Regarding scraped painwork on roof operation, I am not sure where that came from. It's not technically possible unless there is a serious problem with the roof. If it is that much out of alignment, then the paintwork is the least of your worries!!

You will love it
