Aloha All,
While stopping by at the V-Dub dealer in Hawaii (Island of Oahu), I picked up a 2009 EOS brochure and it does not have the new mirrors in any pictures on the brochure. It was the official brochure printed in Germany. Is the US not getting the new mirrors? Maybe they are going to phase them in? I know that the EOS is speced out differently for different countries / regions. Could this be why or did they cheap out on the brochures?
They have no 2009 EOS models to look at in person, only two leftover 2008 models parked in the back, where they can't be seen.
PS, my spelling is not this best sometimes....

Lapaka, Yes the mirrors are different on the 2009. I noticed the brochure was showing the old mirrors to. We picked up our 2009 yesterday, and there was another 09 on the lot. They both had the new mirrors.

Thanks Todd,
You would think with all the money spent on advertising, marketinng, and production of a brochure, they would want to produce an accurate representation of the product they are selling.
This kind of puts me off, and the lack of dealer knowledge about what they are selling is even more scary. Germans are about attention to detail, and makes you wonder what other corners have they cut?
Wow, did not mean to sound negative; just have high expectations of accuracy and quality for a product in this price range and the knowledge and service that are suppose to go along with it.
