Traveled 40 miles to Virginia Beach today for my first oil change. One of the bennies from the dealer, normally cost $65. On the way home I decided to visit another VW Dealer who stocks a large inventory. Could not resist taking these photo's. Counted 15 in this line and 3 or 4 on the front lot.

Great pics never seen so many in one place before except a German Eos meet and in the factory shots.

I take it from the pic of the black one its wearing a "bra" something I have never seen in the UK or is it just "packing materials"?

it is packing a bra. but it is a protective cover to prevent rock chips from traffic in front of you. really handy when you get behind a gravel truck.:p i do hope i dont get in trouble for my somewhat un-normal sense of humor. any one smart enough can pick out what i said. just dont tell my parents.

Row of Eos

I was very interested in your second last and last photos with the what appears to be a vinyl nose cover over the car.

I took delivery of my White TDi DSG Eos with Cornsilk leather electric seats last month and have purchased a similar cover called a "Car Bra" in the Land of Oz. This was tailor made by a specialist company called Robco in Sydney. I paid extra to have it made in White Vinyl. I do not have the Bra on (the car)driving around town time but only when we hit the open road as it only takes a few minutes to fit.

When I work out how to post photos I will do so.

Hi Thomo

If it does not sound wrong, can I say your "Bra" looks good and I think I want one. Could you please add some more contact details for Robco ie, ph no / web address etc.

Your car looks great in candy white It is a colour I really wanted but some Richard Head VW product manager here in the UK has dictated NO !! not in this market place.

regards Graeme

For those who are interested including Graeme the web site of the CarBra manufacturer Robco in Sydney is: www.carbras.com.au

There many colours available and they are made of high quality vinyl with a "cotton flock" backing so that the car's paint finish is unharmed.
