Hi
My EOS came with the multifunction wheel but without the floppy paddles for the DSG box, when I contacted VW Technical to ask if the steering wheel could be replaced with the paddle type, I was informed that it would not be possible to retrofit the paddle steering wheel, they did not explain why.
Hope this helps.

See specs attached, right from Volkswagen. I assume the Canadian and US EOS should be the same. I have ordered the EOS with the automatic transmission and the salesman assured me that the paddles are on the steering wheel.

P is for Package. There are two US packages: Lux or Sport.... Only the Sport has the paddles. So if you ordered the Sport, you got them.

Hi Speedy
No such luck with the UK build cars, if you order the DSG box with your EOS you still have to stipulate the multifunction steering wheel option, and as there are two, one with paddles and one without you have got to get it right first time as the paddle shifters cannot be retrofitted.

Mine is a "sport" package and the paddles are included.
