Maybe you should post details on an alternative VW forum. I can't for the life of me understand why anybody would put 16" rims on an EOS.

If you haven't done so already, maybe worth trying VWVortex.

What wheels have you added, out of interest?

There are those here in the US who have been using the 16" to mount snow tires. They are a higher profile number and slightly narrower and dig into snow better.

I added custom wheels I ordered: MSW O-Z Racing Type 15, 18 inch, silver finished. I had the dealer install them before I drove the car off the lot, so I ended up with a set of the VW 16 inch tires that were on the car. I recently replaced the calipers with bright red high-performance too so it would show through the wheels.

I am right now saving to purchase a body kit for my EOS.
