Are there any Adelaide Eos owners who want to get together and exchange tips stories? If so, here's your thread to do so !

Any idea of how many Eos owners there are in Adelaide?

Hi

I'm an Adelaide expectant like yourself, you'll see from below also a Salsa red on order. Can't wait for those lovely spring drives thru our marvelous hills. Had a new owner pull up in front of my store today. Beautiful Blue with the corn starch leather. Hopefully we can organize a gathering and a drive.

If you go through the members list, a lot of (but not all) members put their location. There is a serch function, but depending on your parameters as to what you find.

For example if you search for Adelaide as a location, you won't find someone who lists their location as Hindmarsh.

Hi fellow locals.
I've put myself down as a "yes".

Have had my EOS for 1 year 10 months 2 days 4 hours 27 minutes (but whos' counting).

Hagar, keep your eyes peeled tomorrow morning around 11am for an Icelandic Grey EOS passing through McLaren Vale on the way to Victor for a bit of whale spotting :)

I'll keep my eyes peeled, there was a beautiful deep blue one parked in front of my shop, had the corn leather. Didn't get chance to talk to the owner.

In the spring, maybe late October we could organise a meeting somewhere, like Victor or the hills. A lunch maybe, give us an excuse to cruise through the beautiful Adelaide hills and admire each others cars. I haven't seen a lot of combinations, yesterday was the first deep blue EOS I've seen in the flesh so to speak. The Popular colours seem to be the silver and black variations. I'm waiting on a Salsa Red with the Corn leather, haven't actually seen the Salsa red in real life only on the net and in the brouchure.

Only about 8 weeks to go, maybe less. Waiting on a Caddy Maxi as well and trying to keep my old bus going.

Hey Hagar,

The Salsa red is a great colour. The Eos I took for a test drive from Camberwell VW in Melbourne was red. In Melbourne there are so many black, silver & all shades of grey coloured cars. To be different, I have gone for the Candy White with corn silk leather with the thinking it will be nice combo for driving with the roof down, a nice summery look.
Perhaps we will be getting our cars around the same time? My is due late Sept for pick up.

Cheers

Hove/Brighton Owner?

Have noticed a silver Eos parked on the Esplanade at Hove and another driver in Seacliff - care to join the group if you're out there ?
