I bought an EOS today!

In the rain...isn't that when everyone goes to buy a convertible? I was pleased, it allowed me to see if it was leaking. And, after reading various threads here, I had already made them let me run it through the car wash.

2009 EOS Komfort with the fancy lights and navigation options. Eismeer Blue with the Cornsilk beige interior.

6M, 17" wheels...

Now, to find all the seal-lubrication tips.

I probably should have gone w/ a non-navigation system one, but it seemed oh-so nifty, so now I have it, and will play around with it.

Morning from the south of the United Kingdom. Let me be the first to welcome you to ownership of what can only be described as a wonderful car.

There are lots of tips on this site about the seals including type of product to use and when and where to lubricate.

Having the navigation is nice as it finishes off the dash board a treat. The jury is still out for some on whether the satnav in the EOS is as good as some aftermarket portable ones that you can take from car to car.

Personally, I find it very good, I feel that in the UK the satnav comes into it's own when you come to sell the car or part exchange it as the dealers usually like a car specced with lots of options.

Anyway, welcome and enjoy the car, you really wont be sorry.
