This may be completley obvious to some but I thought it worth mentioning ! I have the rcd310 with the aux in as std and was always very disappointed at the volume level, if you turned both ipod and stereo up high it was ok but if you then went back to radio without first turning the stereo down then it nearly blew your ears off ! Well fiddling about as you do I found an 'aux in level' on the menu with optios 1,2 and 3. I put in on 3 and presto brilliant, volume on aux ipod now matches radio -

What menu are you talking about? And what year is your Eos?

Mines a 2009 and as I say its the rcd310 (which I think only came in with the 2009 model) - I'll have to look and note the exact buttons and options I used

press the menu button, select setup, select aux level and adjust between 1 and 3
