Hi,

We're going to Europe with our EOS in the summer. Now we have the bendy xenon lights, I'm not sure what we have to do to make our lights suitable for driving on the "wrong" side of the road. Has anyone done this with these lights that can tell me what to do?

The owner hand book refers you to back the dealers, probabley for beam realinement, it will probabley cost 1/2 hour labour at least ??? each time.

The old fashioned way to do it was stick on beam converta's

The dealer can convert the lights to rh dip for you but they want about £50 to do it... Then another £50 to change them back to lh again.. To hell with that!

I just stuck plastic converters on to mine and they worked fine - once you've worked out where to put them!

That's what I was thinking too - whereabouts on the headlight glass did you put them?

What I did was put my dipped lights on then stood back to see where the most concentrated/blinding light came from and stuck the patch over that to bend it in the opposite direction. It seemed to do the trick as I never got flashed!

It may be that if you buy a pack of the beam benders now it will include where to put them on an Eos in the instructions; when I got them Eoses were too new to be mentioned.
