Depends what you mean by 'better'.
Different wheels are purely a visual thing - they all do the same job just as well.

Which do you prefer the look of? Order those!

Not a problem for us here in the UK as VW only allows us 1 choice of 18" alloy wheel. the Chicago.

I think I'd stick with the Veracruz, but as neh321 says, get the ones you like most !

Well,at first when I ordered my car It should be with chicago18" by default.
After I purchased it they told me that for the Bulgarian market the car arrives with Veracruz. And I don't have much to do about it:mad:
Maybe you are right.I will drive it as it is-Its not so bad:eek:
Thank you guys:rolleyes:

Actually I think they look great and would be my choice over the Chicagos every time (if I had the choice which I don't!)

The Chicago wheel is now available in the US as the standard wheel on the VR6. I normally am a fan of the five spoke array on wheels but given the choice between the Veracruz and the Chicago, I would take the Veracruz. That being said, You get what comes on the car. If you don't like the wheels you can cancel the order and buy something else, or change to a different wheel after the car arrives. I have heard of dealers changing to a different wheel for the customer as an aftermarket service and at a price. I have seen dealers swapping the wheels for the customer using another car on the dealer's lot but then have to take a hit when they sell the car because the window sticker doesn't match the way the car is equipped.
