is it standard or an extra on the deisel, 2.0t and 3.2?

I thought they are an extra for all markets. Certainly in France I had to specify them.

It's an extra for the UK. £240 when I got mine last year - that's for a three spoke leather steering wheel with radio controls and paddles.
