Hi all, a new to us 2008 Eos.
Do all Eos of 2008 have Bluetooth capability as I am struggling to connect an IPhone to the system.

In the owners book it shows pictures of what appears to be a phone cradle with two buttons that it refers to. Our Eos does not have this cradle and the IPhone would not fit anyway.

The PO mentioned that her son did it for her, so not much info gained there.

How do you tell if it really does have Bluetooth capability before I waste hours chasing it?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi all,
yes it does and it works, however the name of the system here ( Australia) is not the one listed in the owners manual. Confused? Yup.
Anyway, have it working now, all good.

For anyone else who hits this thread, you will know if you really have Bluetooth because there'll be a little box under the right front seat. Also, when you start the car, your phone should show a Bluetooth device like "VW PHONE" or "VW UHV" available for connection.

There are many different versions of Bluetooth module with different capabilities - probably yours supports calls but not music.
