I have the 2008 model with the Dynaudio Sat Nav option. I hate it. Would not have put down the money for it had I known how user-unfriendly the nav system is. My TomTom 920 is 1000% better. Well, live and learn. My question concerns adding a rearview camera to the original equipment to display the video on the sat nav display. Is that possible? I am aware of the 3rd party add-ons line the Parrot but would prefer the all-in-one solution. Any tips and suggestions will be welcome! Thanks, Ronald

I have answered my own question and found the solution

I was surprised to see that nobody would respond to my question and kept digging for information on Google. I found the solution in Germany. My 2008 model has the MFD2 sat nav system (it's the RNS-510 starting with the 09 model year). In order to display video from a rearview camera, I will need a black box, which is available from www.ima-box.de - They have a US distributor www.oempl.us but they have no stock right now. Long live Google! :)
