Hi All,

I'm not sure whats happened to the arrangements for this. I've started this thread and anyone is interested in coming, post a reply and I'll add the name to the list below. Hopefully its not too late but I'll let the organiser know and they will reserve some spaces for us.

I've gone back over the other post and the people so far:

Lucari - Confirmed
CIB - Confirmed
SiJ2000 - Confirmed
Doolallygirl - Confirmed
nail-z-gull - Confirmed
NinjaDonkey - Confirmed
Richard G - Confirmed

motorman - Confirmed

That's all of us confirmed.

Hi,

I've swapped a few emails with Stu. He did mentioned you were moving house so I thought I'd take up the reins. Could you PM the list of names that PM'd you and I'll double check they can stil make it.

I'm a definite definite definite assuming my map reading skills are up to scratch! ;)

P.S. as admin on the VW Eos Facebook Group I can put an advert in there to see if anyone is interested that isn't on here - I will let you know if I get a response.

Sounds good to me. I'm not sure how much notice Stu needs to reserve us spaces. I may just go with a rough number from the list above.

Can someone who lives near here swing by and find a place for us to meet and a time etc?

I don't mind just turning up but it's going to be a bit daunting trying to find people in the crowd?

Once I have the list of attendees, I was going send out details of when and where we could meet up before. Then we can all go in procession. I think the idea is that we have a reserved area of parking together once we get there.

I've just heard back from the organisers. They would ideally like us to arrive at about 10:30 and together. I'm not sure how this fits in with everyone.

I live 5 mins around the corner. However, I'm at a wedding in Oxford the day before and we are booked into a hotel for the night. Looks like an early start for me as well. Wiffy not very happy !!!

I'll post a place to meet up before thats easy for the M4 & M3.

Ok, I'm not sure what is the best option.

1. We can meet at the Downshire Arms (RG12 7AA) and convoy from there. Its easy from both the M3 and M4 and a short distance from the site.

2. We can meet directly at the site. There should be reserved spaces for us.

Whats the group concensus ?
