I have an.7 eos.
My fan stays running untill i disconnect the battery. The connector has a wire that is staying hot. Dont know what else to check.

Check the coolant temperature sensor. Here’s a video about that.
Also, there is a "cool down" feature for hot climates where the radiator fan will still operate after the ignition is switched off until the coolant temperature drops to a preset level where the fan then switches off automatically. This is a normal aspect of my partner's Eos behaviour in summer driving

I note you are in the Bahamas and accordingly would have a tropical climate similar to where we live hence the need for additional cooling after the engine stops running on hot days.
The fan controller, its wiring, connectors, and sensors default to 'fans always on' if there's a fault or broken wire to protect the engine. The coolant temperature gauge doesn't always use the same temperature sensor - that may work ok. If the electronic fan controller has a faulty component it could also leave the fans on.

You have to get a diagnostics scan done and if no fault code is given, use it to check what the fan controller is doing as the engine heats up.

This isnt an after driving problem. This is a situation where i have to disconnect the battery. And reconnect wether its after a run or at the start of the day. Once the battery terminals are connected the fan will run.

Hi,
Saw the video and will look into it. I did disconnect the sensor while doing my checks and the connector was still energized. But will try having a diagnostic done.
Appreciate the tips

As voxmagna says, that's likely to be a failsafe. Unplugging the temperature sensor from a working car may cause the fan to start, so I think you're right not to assume anything and continue your investigation. :)
Edit: i found what i was looking for
