I had to replace a faulty window switch today... Drivers switch not working properly....

I have enclosed some pics in case anyone else needs to change theirs....

Just remove the panel, remove the switch from the panel, insert new switch into panel and then replace panel!

Hello SiJ2000,

Your entry is similar to a problem I'm having. The driver side window rolls down by itself when I close the door. It's only done it three times, but I'm worried it will do it some time when it's raining and I won't notice it. Was your problem related to this?

Possible Cause Is That The Switch Pack Gets Wet = Its An Eos

Lift And Hold The Switch Up And Down For 5 Seconds - This Sets The One Touch And Basic Settings

I agree with you that the cause can be drips of water on the switch.. When I open the car, the window winds down a little so the door can open.... As this happens, the seal kindly dunps it's load onto the door card!
