That's a shame Steph. But I know where you are coming from (from my Ford Focus CC3, not my Eos!). Let us know what you decide to buy as the replacement and keep in touch!

At the moment I've been looking at a 3 series bmw or I might even go for a mercedes. Definatly keeping away from the VW group. Head office customer service is lacking big time with VW so now they can shove the car firmly where the sun don't shine. I thought I would give them another chance and they have blew it by thinking that they could rip me off.

BTW NEVER let the balance your front wheels it will cost you £161! When it doesn't even need doing.

Well I've found a nice Audi A3 s line 2.0tdi quattro which I'm going looking at tomorrow, After this weekend and finding more problems with the car I can't wait to sell it.

I understand your feelings Stephb, having had a major issue over the TSI/FSI scam spoiling our enjoyment of what is basically a good car. Not to sure an Audi is the right choice however if you want to stay from the VW group!

Hiya just an update my car is going into vw on tuesday they are going to give me a valuation while he is in there. But I'm going picking up my new car tomorrow a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2.7 diesel, It's got everything even a dvd player whoo! I'm so excited!!
