I don't believe the info you need is downloadable. I would contact the dealer where you bought the car and ask them if they can order one or if they can give you the contact for VW Customer service for your region.

Hi, I bought my new Eos, last year, here in France. Unfortunately for me my handbook is obviously in French and my French is not up to the translation. Can anyone tell me where to get an English version or, if I can download one from the internet? Thanks for any help. Taunya 1 - 2 of 9 Posts
Have they given you the regional VW Customer phone number? Actually you should have it in the French manual. They are probably in the best position to help you. BTW pictures of your Eos with scenic backgrounds are required here, unless you have already posted them in the photo section.
