Thanks I have bought the stick on converters at halfords
Headlamp dippping for the continent
Is there any way to adjust the lights for France other than the stick on lens converters ?

There are comprehensive instructions with the Halfords stickers and they are small round discs. I'm travelling early next month ( Roscoff- Dordogne area) so will not be able to report back before your trip perhaps. Perhaps I'll see you on the Autoroute !!
