Hi there.

I am sure that you will get various replies as to how to reduce image sizes to under 200kb so that you can attach them to your posts.

So, let me be the first!
My preferred method is to use an image editing program to crop and/or resize the image.
If you don't have any image editing programs, there are plenty of free ones available.
You could try Paint.NET or Image Resizer (a Microsoft Powertoy).

Go to: Photobucket.com, create a account, upload your pic (any size) and then COPY & PASTE the ''Direct link''...even if you modificates the original pic in Photobucket you will see the modifications in the post (see my Black Eos tag blur)

Good luck!

It took me a few test posts [with prompt deletions] to get the hang of it - I uploaded the same image each time and mucked around with the Photobucket settings. Just make sure the setting in Photobucket for image size is set to 640 x 480 pixels when you first upload your photos. You can use the resize tool in Photobucket to enlarge images that were uploaded in a smaller size [bit fussy and slow but it works] however, the best solution is to upload them as 640 x 480 or 480 x 640 as appropriate for the image to maintain quality.

Don't forget the limitation of 4 images per post.
