Hey Speedy!

I was recently on your side of the border and was coming back from Niagara Falls by way of Sarnia. I noticed that most of the cars were traveling well in excess of the speed limits there (100kmh/65mph) by 15mph or more. Is that common up there or just the people out driving that day? They drive over the limit here but not by that much by so many.
