Got my gorgeous dream-mobile 2 weeks ago, Black Pearl 2.0L TFSI, Red Nappa Leather, Electric Seats, Sat Nav, Woodgrain...I'm in love....with my EOS and my gorgeous husband for indulging my dream...Grazie Amore Mio xxxxx

My story...this car was on my dream list, test drove one straight after launch in March, ordered but subject to delivery re having to wait until July / August. Rang EVERY dealer on Eastern Sea Board, found midnight blue, beige leather, CLASSY number but kids & beige leather / beige carpets just dont mix..... Continued the search, by sheer fluke, found one due to arrive early May. Went to finalise deposit.....but....unknown to dealer:confused: car had already been sold! Another black beauty (with a few more extras) happened to "just" arrive... Within days I drove it away. What a dream, absolute pleasure and earlier than expected delivery (grazie Amore!)

Week 1 - gorgeous Autumn top-down days,
Week 2 - rainy autumn days....no top down but still a thrill to drive

Congrats dolcevita! Very lucky you didn't have to go through the "waiting pain"! Enjoy your ride and let's hope there is no rain in Sydney between 8-9am and after 6pm weeknights......outside these times, rain is fine especially near the dams!

From the oposite side of the World, I want to express my sincere congratulations for your new "beauty". I'm sure you'll love it every hour !

Curiosly the black pearl and red nappa leather Eos was my first choice, but the first Eos I found available in Portugal was the all "black magic Eos" of mine, and I bought it right away.

Enjoy it as much as you can !

Clocked 1000km this week, WOW. We have had beautiful Autumn weather here in Sydney, the top's been down almost every day this week, have even parked it with the top down (I must admit only within close proximity). Now, I am not a speed freak BUT I can't wait to push my Black Beauty. Went on a gorgeous drive through Stanwell Park Coast Road, absolute sheer bliss. Photos will follow....

By the way glbulldogs, yes rain especially fine near the damns, totally agree BUT.....hate to say but....the best time to take the top down is after 10am weekdays and any other possible time... Seriously need to get rid of the day job, definitely intereferes with the Eos....Took the coast road to Wollongong on Thursday, through Stanwell PArk, just divine!!! A must itinerary for any Eos.

Cheers ;)

I would say JAMMY JAMMY JAMMY for having such scenery, but sharing the Eos and having pretty fine scenery here in SE England - what makes it special is being able to drive the Eos top down through these great areas - and makes it enjoyable sharing 'EDA's' from one side of the world to the other!!

Happy driving - it's a great car!!
