Not really sure what the question is or whether the OP is referring to the small rear side windows? EOS's should have a driver manual in the top tray of the glove box.

You can't assume anything on these complex cars unless you understand how they work. What are diagnostics scan error codes? If you aren't fault finding using diagnostics, you're shooting in the dark. The front and rear window pair are separately fused, shown in the drivers manual, but if a fuse has failed it did so for a reason. I have read dealer techs smash the glass for the quickest & cheapest option because their labor is expensive, but you haven't really provided any supporting credible diagnostics results to take that leap unless you like doing tedious work?
