Hi Peepes, just had a small idea..obviously as we all know there is major concern wether these water leak issues are anything to worry about for potential future EOS owners and what i am finding is that in threads regarding them ,you seem to attract more "Negative" replies from owners of leaky cars than positive replies. but if you look how many members there are it all puts it into perspective! ..............What if....the moderator was to have a simple "poll"?............"Has your Eos ever had a water leak"? YES...or ....NO.
with just a simple number under the "yes or no" at least then you would get a fair ratio and persentage rather than "just the 3 angry owners saying it leaks like a sieve" maybe you could have another.."If you had a leak did Krytox fix it?" YES or NO...?....what do you think?

My EOS leaks and, to Nail-z's point, I still believe it's the best of CCs so far.
MY EOS leaks and, to other people's points, it DOES leak, which is unacceptable for the 30-40k EURO price...

The main leak was apparently from a bad joint/seal in betwen the front driver's door and the front windscreen. Now, last week, after heavy rain during 3 days in a row, I figured out the piece that is on the side of the opening glass-roof, and fits into the front hole when the (total) roof closes, was soaked and dripping on the passenger's seat... I wiped evevrything clean, tried opening/closing the window several times, etc, but cannot check if the leak was due to the window not being closed, or if VW has not fixed the initial leak correctly, because it ha not rained since then...

Can someone please re-explain what A B C etc. pillars are, so I can relate to your comments?

Fred
