Spotted: Post-crash eos on a towtruck standing next to me at the lights...

Let's hope I'll never see that kind of thing again!

Hard to tell from that picture whose fault it was ... altho driving from the other side puts a different perspective on it for me!

Trauma

Had persuaded other half to stay in England for a top down driving holiday this summer. Bad mistake! Just reached Yorkshire after 200 miles and the sun roof shattered near Doncaster - no sign of foreign objects or other damage to car so not sure what caused it. Had to swap cool Eos for not so cool 1.4 Polo automatic for 5 days touring! Only consolation is that the sun hardly shone and temps were as low as 12.5 C. Alexanders of Harrogate pretty good in repairing it quickly but poor Eos not quite so smooth looking nowadays. Whole roof and mechanism needed stripping down and rebuilding. Lesson number one - avoid low flying birds?
Back in the Kent sunshine now and feeling a lot better.
ps saw Red one at Aysgarth Falls! Back in own car by then.
