I use the 'two bucket' method with a good qaulity microfibre mit after hosing the worst off first. a silicon blade to get most of the water off followed by a halfords large chamy ( spelling !!) The polish I use is Turtle Platinum wax as it doesn't leave that horrible white powder that the Autoglym does applied with some microfibre cloths, any tiny scratches I use Meguiars Scratch X and for inside I like the Autoglym Interior shampoo and the vinyl and rubber care.
