I just found out that my EOS hasn't got rear speakers installed. (i started playing with the fader on my head unit).

Took it to VW and they comfirmed that no rear speakers are installed, but what they told me as well was that i can't install rear speakers.

Is this true ? it bothering me ... i almost want to go to Halford to comfirm this...

I so want rear speaker !!! :D

I wasn't aware that there was ANY Eos model made that didn't have rear speakers. Did they just forget to install them upon manufacture???? What model Eos do you have and in what part of the world do you live? Strange.

Sounds like a case of "what shall we tell him that'll get rid of him?" from the Dealer to me. I wouldn't take what they say as right by any means!

You need a new dealer.

You definitely should have two speakers on each side in the rear.

I have taken the passenger side rear trim panel out myself (speaker related issue). Taking the trim panel off and getting it back on correctly is a pain but very doable.

This should definitely be covered under warranty.

(I really can't believe what hear about some dealers)
