I Got Wood

I ordered a similar kit from the same company about 7 or 8 years ago for a Passat I was driving at the time. But when it arrived and I actually saw it in person, I never put it on and just gave the kit away to the guy who bought the car from me a few months later. I recall him saying that he would most likely not be fitting it either...

How easy is it to remove?

It wasn't so much the appearance that put me off, more the feel. If I recall, the set I bought was very thick, protruding about 3-5mm, thereby making the switches difficult to use (well, this is what I imagined would happen, and that's why I didn't install it...). It also fely very plastic, even rubbery, but maybe they have upgraded the material they use?
