My insurance was 450 and ive got a garage and 10 yrs no claims. thats thru admiral
got quotes of about £500 and then blamed my wife because she's only been driving for 5yrs. took her off the quote just to see how much she was costing me and it went up doh!.

It actually worked out cheaper to put her as the main driver which in truth she probably is.

I used, www.confused.com and www.gocompare.com

found you can tweek the insurance to find the best price.

My fully comp with £350 excess is £201 per annum with Swiftcover (part of Axa). I have 4 years no claims, but I am very old (54) so maybe that's why the better price.

54 "very old"?!!!!

What does that make Fred and me? And those in their 60s? 70s? 80s?!!!!
