Installing 9W3 after delivery...can it be done?

I was quite upset to find out that my new EOS did not have the 9W3 kit factory installed. I would think by now it we be standard equipment....especially with the TECHNOLOGY PACKAGE....but hey, its' NOT!

So now I really dislike the Volk-L, It has a hideous interface. I am spoiled with the flawless bluetooth integration into my 2007 Camry Hybrid.

I really want to have the 9W3 installed. Has anyone had it done aftermarket? if so, where? My local dealer (Maryland) says it cannot be done...I just think they lack the competency to do it.
