Installing Sat Nav

Hi, I am very close to buying an EOS withouth SAT NAV. I want to install the MFD3 version of SAT NAV unit but need to know before buying a none SAT NAV EOS that it can be installed easily. Any help would be much appreciated?

The mdf3 is a plug n play system so i was infromed by thelincoln dealership, and they could fit it, but my need some upgrades from vag com.
