Jim Ellis VW in Marietta.. opinions?

How is their service department? I am close to buying an EOS, got an offer of 499 no money down lease but haven't jumped at it yet. The loss on my current car was higher than expected meaning I have to come up with more than I wanted to.

The only other concern is how the dealership is after the deal. Anyone bought a VW from them care to comment?

I purchased mine there. They are OK... a little slow, but nice. I actually need to schedule a service visit soon.
