All,

I am sure that everyone has noticed that if they lube up the window seals..... Yep.... You guessed it.... Every time you clean the windows, they get all greasy again cos the Krytox has rubbed off the top of the windows when they went down and is now on the bottom seal! This means in no time it is all over the window!!

Anyone know how many times I have to clean them before the krytox dries out??? It's driving me mad... Shiny black car with streaky windows!!!!

LOVE THE CAR SO MUCH THOUGH!!!

I found the streaks down the window and along the roof (when it rained) lasted a couple of washes/weeks.

The residue on the top of the windows, where they touch the rubber, are still appearing some 6 weeks after I applied the oil, albeit less each time I clean them.

Labour of love though, eh!

The price of admission for owning an Eos! It is a pain but, depending on how heavy you applied the Krytox, give it about 3-5 washes.
